CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE INTERNSHIP
1. General Provisions
The OLEYNIK HELP internship is a socially relevant program aimed at developing young professionals, volunteers and those who want to contribute to education, psychological support and philanthropy around the world.
Our goal is not just to give practical experience, but also to teach how to work with people, projects and international initiatives, where each intern becomes part of a team and influences real change.
Internships are built on the principles of mutual respect, flexibility, development and trust. We believe that the growth of a foundation starts with the growth of the people within it - and it is interns who often become the engines of new things.
2. Who can apply
We are open to anyone who is willing to learn, develop and contribute to the foundation. An application for an internship can be submitted by:
- Students of any specialization who want to gain practical experience in charity, education, psychology and project management
- Young professionals who want to deepen their knowledge and apply it in real initiatives;
- Active volunteers who want to better understand how an international foundation works from the inside;
- People with any level of experience, as long as they have a desire to help, develop and be part of positive change;
There is no limit to the geography of participation - you can join from anywhere in the world as the internship is online.
The most important thing for us is your desire to learn, work in a team and sincere interest in our mission.
3. How the internship takes place
The internship at OLEYNIK HELP is organized in such a way that you can combine it with your studies or work. The format is predominantly online, with the possibility of a flexible schedule as agreed.
Each intern is provided with:
- A mentor or supervisor to help adapt and guide them in their work;
- A clear task plan that matches the intern's interests and skills;
- Access to internal meetings, educational materials and foundation projects;
You will be involved in real-world initiatives, from educational programs and social campaigns to developing and promoting philanthropic projects. Interns also have the opportunity to prove themselves and gain more responsibility within projects.
The duration of the internship and the scope of work are discussed individually to ensure a comfortable and productive participation.
